How It Works
Using a Kumfy Pax
- Place Kumfy Pax in microwave for 20 seconds on medium.
- Kumfy Pax may heat unevenly; re-distribute gel and flip Kumfy Pax over and heat for another 20 seconds.
- Quickly touch Kumfy Pax to make sure it is not scalding.
- Continue to heat at 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
- Remove Kumfy Pax from microwave only if it can be handled without scalding.
- Massage gel to promote uniform temperature before placing it in the pouch for use.
- Overheating may cause Kumfy Pax to rupture.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- User is responsible for determining appropriate temperature before placing in pouch.
Cooling the Kumfy Pax
- Lay Kumfy Pax flat in freezer for at least an hour.
- Will stay flexible when frozen.
- Remove from freezer and massage gel to promote uniform temperature.
- Insert into Kumfy Tailz harness as directed.
Insertion
Do NOT attempt to insert while pet is wearing the harness. Kumfy Pax may have 1-2 inches of vertical "play" inside the pouch.

- Kumfy Pax gel is water soluble and nontoxic, but should not be ingested.

- Do not attempt to warm Kumfy Pax inside of the harness.
